I was looking for a specialized piece that I knew would have to made custom (a white gold ring with purple sapphires).

I called a few places to find someone willing to help make it happen. Not only did Jann from White's get back to me to find out more about what I was looking for, but she also went above and beyond to learn about my wife's style and preferences in order to pair the ideal setting with the ideal stones.

After going back and forth over the course of a few months, and even going as far as ordering multiple settings just so I could see them in person and keeping in contact with me through the whole process, we finally put together a great piece that my wife immediately fell in love with when I gave it to her on our anniversary.

It wasn't even an overly expensive ring, but I was treated like someone who was dropping several thousand dollars. I'll definitely be going back to White's first for any future jewelry purchases!
